Arbos House is a Neo-Basque style villa, built in 1930 by the architect Luis Elizalde.
Its original name is Mendi Mendian and it is considered a historical town of San Sebastián. On the main floor is the entrance, with its large fireplace and two living rooms in each side lit by stained glass windows, one of them overlooking the garden.
